Mr. Dlamini has extensive knowledge in competition law and mergers & acquisitions gained during his tenure at the Competition Commission of South Africa (CCSA). He led investigations into cartel cases, conducted dawn raids, negotiated settlements, and represented cases at the Competition Tribunal and Appeal Court.
